Evaluasi Keberlanjutan Pemanfaatan Learning Management System melalui Kualitas Sistem dan Keterlibatan Belajar di Perguruan Tinggi

Transformasi digital pascapandemi COVID-19 menggeser peran Learning Management System (LMS) dari solusi pembelajaran darurat menjadi infrastruktur akademik yang semakin melekat dalam pendidikan tinggi. Namun, keberlanjutan pemanfaatannya belum selalu diikuti peningkatan kualitas pengalaman belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keberlanjutan pemanfaatan LMS dengan mengintegrasikan perspektif keberhasilan sistem informasi, post-adoption continuance, dan keterlibatan belajar. Penelitian menggunakan desain explanatory sequential mixed methods. Tahap kuantitatif menganalisis data dari 403 mahasiswa pengguna LMS menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), sedangkan tahap kualitatif menggunakan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap mahasiswa dan dosen untuk memperdalam hasil kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan (β = 0,29; p < 0,001), kualitas informasi (β = 0,21; p < 0,001), kualitas sistem (β = 0,18; p = 0,004), dan keterlibatan belajar (β = 0,24; p < 0,001) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Kepuasan menjadi prediktor terkuat terhadap intensi penggunaan berkelanjutan (β = 0,43; p < 0,001). Temuan kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa LMS masih dominan digunakan untuk distribusi materi dan pengumpulan tugas, sedangkan fungsi interaktif, umpan balik formatif, kolaborasi, dan learning analytics belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberlanjutan LMS tidak cukup ditopang oleh keandalan teknologi, tetapi memerlukan integrasi desain pedagogis, keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa, kompetensi digital dosen, dan tata kelola pembelajaran digital yang berkelanjutan.
