Resiliensi Preventif Manajemen Kesiswaan terhadap Risiko Radikalisasi Digital pada Generasi Z di Sekolah Menengah

Abstract

Transformasi digital memperluas ruang pembentukan identitas Generasi Z sekaligus meningkatkan paparan terhadap narasi ekstrem, intoleran, dan radikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kebijakan manajemen kesiswaan dalam mencegah infiltrasi radikalisme digital serta merumuskan resiliensi preventif sekolah menengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods evaluatif dengan model Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). Partisipan berjumlah 300 orang dari 12 sekolah, terdiri atas 12 kepala sekolah, 12 wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, 12 guru bimbingan dan konseling, 12 guru PPKn/PAI, 12 orang tua, dan 240 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, serta analisis dokumen. Data kuantitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematik dan diintegrasikan pada tahap interpretasi. Hasil menunjukkan indeks context sebesar 81,7, input 74,2, process 68,5, dan product 72,1. Kesenjangan utama terdapat pada pelatihan khusus, integrasi literasi digital, pemantauan perilaku digital, mekanisme deteksi dini, koordinasi sekolah-keluarga, dan kepercayaan siswa terhadap layanan sekolah. Temuan kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran risiko berkembang lebih cepat daripada kesiapan sistem operasional. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pencegahan yang efektif memerlukan resiliensi preventif manajemen kesiswaan yang mengintegrasikan kebijakan, literasi digital kritis, dukungan psikososial, iklim sekolah inklusif, partisipasi siswa, dan kemitraan keluarga.
